Our designated GLOBE Connectors can help you make the most of
your participation by facilitating access to fellow delegates and
exhibitors at the conference and in the exhibition. The Connector
Group is comprised of senior executives from diverse sectors who
have substantive networks and experience at GLOBE events. These
leaders will help you connect with other conference participants
and exhibitors who may have shared interests in business

Chris Henderson, President, Lumos Energy &
Founder, The Delphi Group
Chris heads Lumos
Energy Clean Energy Value Advisors as President. He is the most
expert and experienced Clean Energy Advisor to Aboriginal
communities in Canada. He plays a major role in enhancing the
capacity of Aboriginal communities to develop clean energy
projects, finance new technologies, and undertake large and complex
projects/ventures. Chris is known as a Strategist, and for his
outstanding skills in designing and implementing Business, Project
and Venture strategies. He possesses an extensive background in
sustainability, green economy, strategic planning, consulting
services, financial structuring and public policy.

Velma McColl, Principal, Earnscliffe Strategy
Group
Velma
joined Earnscliffe Strategy Group in 2004, where she now works on
economic and social issues, specializing in energy, environment and
green technologies. Previously, she advised several Federal Cabinet
Ministers on political strategy, policy and communications. Her
career includes success as an entrepreneur and experience working
collaboratively with business, academia, not-for-profits and the
public sector. With more than a decade in Ottawa, she is a frequent
writer and commentator on international and national energy and
climate change issues. Velma co-founded the Canadian Clean
Technology Coalition.

Michael Gerbis, CEO, The Delphi Group
Mike is responsible for
overseeing the growth and long-term direction of The Delphi Group,
a strategic consulting firm that assists Fortune 100 companies
manage environmental risks and implement corporate sustainability
strategies. With 20+ years of experience, Mike provides strategic
advice and insight to clients and project teams across Delphi's key
services areas - GHG management, corporate sustainability and clean
technology. Mike is actively involved in the community and is the
founder of the Emerging Leaders Forum (www.leadingchange2012.ca), and founding
President of The Climate Reality Canada.

Ann Duffy, President, The Ann Duffy Group
Ann is
an international advisor and speaker on sustainability and social
responsibility for the mega sport event sector, the Olympic
movement, and corporate leaders. She assists organizations in
creating integrated performance-based platforms for environmental,
economic, social and legacy priorities. Ann served as media
spokesperson and architect of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic
Committee's corporate-wide Sustainability Management and Report
System - an Olympic Games' first. Since then, her clients include
Sochi 2014, Toronto 2015 (Pan Am Games), Istanbul 2020 and MEC. Ann
advised the GRI and ISO on new standards for sustainable event
management and reporting. Prior to her work in the sport sector,
Ann was Vice President, Sustainable Development of CH2M HILL
Canada, where she established the firm's national sustainable
enterprise solutions consulting practice and CSR program.

Coro Strandberg, Principal, Strandberg Consulting
Coro Strandberg is
a top sustainability strategist and thought leader in Canada and
recently recognized as one of the "2012 Clean 50" by Delta
Management Group. Coro advises boards, executives and
sustainability managers on the strategies, systems and tools to
generate business and social value by identifying and leveraging
social and environmental risks and opportunities. She specializes
in the integration of sustainability into board governance,
management systems, procurement, finance, investment, and human
resources.
