Peter Heusser

Process Technology & Consulting, I.C.E. AG, Switzerland

Peter Heusser is leading process engineering of I.C.E. AG for 7 years. The main focus of his work is energy efficiency and water management of waste to energy plants world wide. Under his responsibility belongs the technical guiding and follow-up of new technics like super critical gasification of organic sludge and mechanical and chemical bottom ash treatment. He is closely cooperating with research institutes of Federal Institute of Technology and other national technical universities. He is also lecturing plant engineering at the advanced course "energy and environment".

Peter Heusser is member of the board of Kapyfract AG, specialised in high temperature refractory and fire protection.

Peter Heusser has 20 years of experience in technical project management of power plant industry. Several years he was guiding special task forces for process optimization in fuel supply for high performance combined cycle power plants of ABB / ALSTOM.

Peter graduated mechanical engineering at Federal Institute of Technology in Zürich and made his PhD at the Nuclear Engineering Laboratory.
