Nancy Knight
Associate Vice President, Campus and Community Planning, University of BC, Canada
Dr. Nancy Knight is Associate Vice President, Planning for the
University of British Columbia, one of Canada's top universities.
Nancy is responsible for ensuring that the physical development of
UBC's campuses supports the University's goals, which include a
commitment to academic excellence and a sustainable and civil
society. In addition, her office coordinates and provides
leadership on a wide range of local government matters pertaining
to the university and its campuses. Nancy has a PhD in community
and regional planning from UBC, volunteers on a number of
non-profit Boards, is an adjunct professor at SFU, and an Honorary
Professor in UBC's School of Community and Regional Planning.
