Clint Mahlman

Senior Vice President & Chief Operating Officer, London Drugs Ltd., Canada

As Chief Operating Officer for one of the largest organizations in Western Canada, Clint Mahlman oversees the sustainable initiatives at London Drugs corporately and for London Drugs' 75 locations across Western Canada.

Clint's vision and dedication to waste reduction has positioned the company as an industry leader in environmental stewardship.  London Drugs constantly seeks ways to provide unique intiatives to reduce waste for the organization and for its customers.  An  example is the  "Bring Back the Pack" program: London Drugs customers can bring back all of their product packaging - including Styrofoam - for recycling.

Under Clint's leadership, the company's waste reduction and collaborative efforts with community and industry partners have been recognized by the Recycling Council of British Columbia, Recycling Council of Alberta, Saskatchewan Waste Reduction Council, the Rechargeable Batteries Recycling Corporation, the Orbis Certificate of Merit for Environmental Responsibility, the Phillips PEAK Award EnergyStar and BC Hydro. 

Clint continues to work closely with London Drugs customers, industry and government partners across Western Canada on a variety of sustainable initiatives. He is regularly asked to present at sustainability symposiums in Canada and the U.S.
